Enlighten is seeking a Portfolio/Senior Program Manager to lead a cloud big data program, interfacing with government leadership and COR and managing cross-functional teams. The role combines day-to-day program management with strategic contract objectives and Agile software development oversight.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical program management for government contracts, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% (CONUS/OCONUS) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of a cloud big data program and ensure milestones are met.
• Interface with Government leadership, COR, Enlighten management, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee agile software development, resource allocation, and technical performance.
• Establish long-term strategic goals for the contract and ensure end-user requirements are met.
• Supervise project staff and enforce quality standards on all deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders and present capabilities and value proposition.
