Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Portfolio/Senior Program Manager to lead a cloud big data program, interfacing with government leaders, COR, and Enlighten executives. The role involves day-to-day program management, long-term objectives, and ensuring end-user requirements are met in future contract years.

Hybrid work with on-site at Columbia, MD and Fort Meade, MD, plus travel as needed. The candidate should have 5+ years in PM roles for cloud computing, agile development, and IT operations for

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
• 6 years of experience in similar scope with a Bachelors; 4 years with Masters; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• 5+ years in Technical Program/PM roles for cloud computing, IT ops, and agile gov't software.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts including FFP.
• Prior DoD/DoW contract support experience preferred.
• PMP certification and/or experience with Big Data platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work with engineers to deliver capabilities and support customer needs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, milestones tracking, and clear documentation.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills; PMO experience helpful.
• On-site 3–4 days/wk at Enlighten HQ in Columbia, MD and client site in Fort Meade, MD; 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program performance, ensure milestones and service delivery dates are met.
• Be the single point of contact for customer issues with Government and Enlighten teams.
• Oversee agile software development, resource allocation, and technical operations.
• Set long-term goals and horizontal integration to satisfy end-user requirements.
• Govern schedules, standards, and corporate resources to remove roadblocks.
• Supervise and direct project staff, ensuring quality standards on all deliverables.
• Present Enlighten’s capabilities in customer meetings and briefings.
