eCapital seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio, manage daily funding activity, and ensure compliance with approved terms. You will monitor risk and collateral, engage clients, and prepare leadership reports to drive performance.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, collaboration with credit and operations teams, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing financing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5-7+ years in portfolio management, asset-based lending, commercial finance, or credit risk.
• Strong understanding of collateral structures and funding operations.
• Analytical ability to monitor risk indicators and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience engaging with clients to manage performance and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Makes daily funding decisions and reviews transactions for accuracy.
• Monitor collateral reporting, borrowing base compliance, and client performance trends.
• Identify early-warning indicators and take proactive action to protect asset quality.
• Engage with clients to discuss performance, resolve issues, and uncover opportunities.
• Prepare portfolio reporting, risk assessments, and leadership recommendations.
• Support workouts, restructures, and remediation efforts with Credit teams.
• Collaborate with collateral, recoveries, and operations to maintain service quality.
