Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders/C-suite
- Experience with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions
- Strong communication, governance, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner across portfolio, aligning priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption across EY-Parthenon
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Regional Leadership, and Service Lines to drive value
- Maintain visibility of portfolio roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and adoption progress
- Represent portfolio in governance forums and executive reviews, communicating progress and opportunities
