Pivot Energy seeks a data-driven asset management professional to own the Operating Model forecasts, governance, and documentation. You will lead probabilistic analysis, budget alignment, and capital planning support, collaborating with senior leadership.

The role emphasizes enhancing forecasting accuracy, reducing variance, and delivering monthly model updates while improving analytics and reporting across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in analytical asset management, finance, renewables, or utilities.
• Proficiency in Python for forecasting workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operating Model forecasts and ensure accuracy and auditable outputs.
• Govern data inputs, assumptions, and model releases with documentation.
• Improve forecast quality and reduce variance to financial reporting (<2%).
• Define decision rights on assumptions and data inputs with leadership.
• Establish monthly operating model updates within 5 business days of close.
• Advance manual-spreadsheet usage within asset management workflows.
