Job summary

Pearce, a technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support the Renewables division's finance leader. This role focuses on regular reporting, ad hoc analysis, and driving performance, efficiency, and cost management, with emphasis on labor.

You will collaborate with the finance manager on forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and provide insights across business units.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial analysis with a demonstrated history of career progression.
Financial analysis and modeling for organizations and/or departments over $2M.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our finance Manager on in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
Serve as a trusted partner in forecasting and budgeting, conducting insightful analyses to deepen business understanding. Own key components of the financial forecast and ensure consistency in approach and reporting across business units.
Work with the Finance team to perform margin and variance analyses, uncover insights to drive process improvements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Act as a proactive team player and independent thinker, capable of delivering results with minimal guidance while asking thoughtful, business-savvy questions.
Combine data and reporting systems and help facilitate sharing best practices across the organization.
