Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in program/portfolio management.
• Experience leading donor-funded, multi-site programs.
• Proven track record in senior-level donor relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of projects (Lifting Futures, Next Engineers, Engineers of Change).
• Oversee program implementation, financial health, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate matrix staffing and staff development.
