Overdeck Family Foundation is seeking a full-time Portfolio Manager to lead the Foundation’s Inspired Minds portfolio, expanding access to engaging and challenging STEM learning experiences that deepen family engagement and inspire students with joyful, rigorous learning.

Reporting to the Associate Program Director, the Portfolio Manager will refine investment strategy, build relationships across the out-of-school STEM ecosystem, and support early-stage and growth ventures, with 10–20% travel

Qualifications

• Experience developing and refining investment/ grant strategies.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships across the education and out-of-school STEM ecosystem.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Refine investment strategy for the Inspired Minds portfolio.
• Build and nurture relationships with grantees, partners, and ecosystem players.
• Support early-stage and growth ventures to scale programs and outcomes.
• Travel 10–20% for grantee site visits, conferences, and funder meetings.
