Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a Program Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of private sector-funded initiatives, including Lifting Futures, Next Engineers, and Engineers of Change. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, manages senior-level donor relationships, and ensures program excellence across projects.

The position requires 15+ years of leadership experience, a Master’s degree, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Education, Economic Development, Workforce Development, Public Administration, International Development, Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of private sector-funded initiatives including Lifting Futures, Next Engineers, and Engineers of Change.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and oversee Project Directors and staff.
Manage client relationships with GE Aerospace and GE Vernova and ensure successful program implementation and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee portfolio planning, performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Represent the organization to donors, partners, and other stakeholders and drive growth opportunities.
