Job summary

Citi Wealth seeks a dynamic equity professional to lead the Americas Equity Advisory within its Global Capital Markets organization. You will own the equity narrative for Citi Wealth in North America and Latin America, generating ideas and actionable trade recommendations for advisors and clients.

This role focuses on idea generation, investment insights, and advising on existing equity holdings, while building a direct book of active private banking clients and supporting internal advisor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity markets, equity research, or equity advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of equity market dynamics, sector analysis, derivatives, and thematic frameworks.
• Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients on equity strategy and implementation.
• Ability to generate original investment ideas and communicate them clearly to clients and internal audiences.
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the equity narrative for Citi Wealth in North America and Latin America.
• Generate and communicate thematic views, sector ideas, and tactical trade recommendations.
• Build and grow a direct private banking client book as primary equity advisor.
• Lead and mentor the Americas Equity Advisory team and collaborate with Research, CIO, and Trading.
