Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposed trades for compliance with client contracts, guidelines and regulations.
• Oversee daily review and analysis of portfolio compliance alerts and reports.
• Lead portfolio rebalance session reviews.
• Ensure proper setup of client guidelines and restrictions in the compliance system.
• Identify, test and implement automated workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new investment initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Analyze client guidelines for new portfolio management programs.
• Oversee junior team members with inquiries.
