Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance concentration preferred.
• Approximately 5 to 10 years’ professional experience; asset management industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Interest in learning or using Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals responsible for critical workflows supporting the daily investment process.
• Assess risks and identify enhancements to operating effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Design and optimize new and improved business workflows; implement AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor performance of outsourced middle-office; manage relationships with brokers and custodians.
• Provide oversight of daily production processes and controls for data accuracy.
