Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Ports & Marine Structures to grow the US South practice and deliver complex design projects. You will lead, plan, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple port and marine terminals initiatives.

You will guide proposals, schedules, budgets, and client engagement, collaborating with planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high-quality engineering output.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of ports & marine civil/structural engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with design, project management, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine structures and port-related projects of varying complexity.
• Develop proposals for port development projects.
• Develop work plans and oversee project execution, budgets, and schedules.
