Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Population Health Management Analyst to lead complex data analysis for population health services, translating client intent into implementable solutions. You will drive scope, milestones, and traceability using Jira, coordinating across stakeholders and workstreams.

You will create client communications, govern requirements, and mentor analysts while leveraging multi-source healthcare data to ensure quality, privacy, and operational viability.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of business analysis, healthcare analytics, health information technology, product or solution delivery, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex requirements and process-analysis efforts across business, clinical, data, and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced practical experience with Jira or a comparable work-management platform; proficiency using SQL or equivalent methods to interrogate and validate data is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex population health capabilities across stakeholders and milestones.
• Plan, design, and recommend business processes and service improvements with clear options and recommendations.
• Facilitate client and internal workshops, resolve conflicts, drive decisions, and communicate tradeoffs.
