Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Pool Construction Field Manager to oversee the quality and execution of custom concrete pool projects. You will be the primary point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring that every phase meets high standards for quality, safety, and timeliness.

Based in Wendell, NC, you will collaborate with our design and operations teams to refine estimates, coordinate field crews, and maintain thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in custom concrete pool construction or related high-end hardscape fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on designs to enhance pool project outcomes.
• Work with design team to produce estimates and communicate selections to clients.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor schedules across construction phases.
