Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Pool Construction Field Manager to oversee the quality and execution of our custom concrete pool projects. You will be the primary point of contact for our subcontractors, ensuring every phase of construction meets high standards for quality, safety, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in custom concrete pool construction or related high-end hardscape field.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Offer feedback on designs to improve pool project outcomes.
• Prepare estimates for pool projects with the design team and relay selections to clients.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor schedules across all construction phases.
• Visit active job sites daily to inspect quality, plans, codes, and safety.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and hold them to performance standards.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure equipment is on-site and properly staged.
• Identify and troubleshoot field issues to keep projects on track.
• Communicate progress and needs to Director of Operations, team, and clients.
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and project documentation.
• Work effectively in all weather and outdoor conditions.
