Job summary

The Contractor Consultants is seeking a Pool Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee residential and commercial pool construction projects from contract execution through completion. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

You will lead scheduling, manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitor budgets, and communicate project status to customers and leadership. Experience in pool construction or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of pool construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal crews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and project costs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Communicate project status with customers and company leadership.
• Resolve construction issues and scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and permit requirements.
• Complete project documentation and closeout procedures.
