Job summary

Vive Exterior Design in Fishers, IN is seeking an experienced Pool Manager to lead residential pool construction and outdoor living projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pool construction or PM experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and the ability to read plans and manage client communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pool construction or construction project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, site layouts, and elevations.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and job-costing skills.
• Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors, inspections, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential pool construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate excavation, plumbing, electrical, gunite, decking, plaster, and equipment installation phases.
• Review plans and elevations with field supervisors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specs.
