You will coordinate subcontractors, collaborate with the design team on estimates, inspect active sites daily, and maintain thorough project documentation while communicating progress to the Director of Operations and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in custom concrete pool construction
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and execution of concrete pool projects
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules across construction phases
• Inspect active job sites daily for safety and adherence to plans
• Maintain daily construction logs and documentation
• Communicate progress to the Director of Operations and clients
