Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in College Station, TX is seeking a Sleep Tech to join the Sleep Laboratory on a part-time night shift (12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM). The role coordinates daily operations, monitors lab quality, educates patients and families about sleep disorders, and consults with referring physicians.

Qualifications include BLS, 3 years of experience and Polysomnography tech certification, with advanced knowledge of polysomnography modalities and strong equipment

Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with sleep laboratory standards.
• 3 years of experience in sleep lab settings and BLS certification.
• Polysomnography technology certification (POLYTECH).

Responsibilities

• Performs polysomnographic studies in a clinical setting, including CPAP/Nasal CPAP titrations.
• Scores studies and prepares reports for physician interpretation.
• Educates patients and families about sleep disorders and treatments.
• Maintains equipment and infection control standards.
