Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development or R&D engineering experience in polymer-based products.
• Strong practical understanding of polymer materials and processing parameters.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specs, test data, and material datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and optimize polymer-based products for building and construction applications.
• Coordinate prototypes, tooling, molds, and production trials.
• Plan and manage laboratory, weathering, durability, and application testing.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales/marketing teams.
