Job summary

Amrize seeks a Senior Product Development and Process Engineer to lead lifecycle development of next-generation commercial roofing systems. You will blend polymer science with hands-on manufacturing and customer insights to design, model, test and scale advanced roofing materials such as TPO, EPDM, and ISO foams.

The role requires 10+ years in polymer formulation and process development, with strong skills in FEA/CFD tools and a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in polymer formulation, material characterization, and process development in roofing/building materials.

Responsibilities

Lead lifecycle development of next‑generation commercial roofing systems.
Blend polymer science with manufacturing and field performance insights.
Collaborate across Product Management, Operations, QA, and Procurement to deliver on time and budget.
