Job summary

Brava Roof Tile is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement at the McDonough, GA plant. You will analyze production, lead improvement projects, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing process documentation, conducting trials, and supporting scale-up activities while targeting waste reduction and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in process/manufacturing/quality engineering in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and identify root causes.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime.
• Design and optimize equipment layouts and production flows.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
