Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in fraud prevention, trust & safety or risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead policy development and incident management within Global Consumer Trust.
  • Coordinate significant consumer trust incidents and drive cross-functional decisions.
  • Partner with Fraud Prevention, Product, Engineering, Legal, Security and other teams to manage incidents.
  • Develop incident frameworks, severity criteria, and governance for consistent responses.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and translate lessons into scalable policies and improvements.
  • Develop consumer trust policies and decision frameworks across fraud, abuse and remediation.
  • Translate policies into processes, controls, product requirements and training.
  • Identify recurring risks and advocate for harm-reduction improvements.
  • Establish metrics and executive reporting on incidents and remediation progress.
