Job summary

Adobe seeks a senior incident response leader to manage consumer trust incidents across fraud, abuse, scams, and account compromise. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree - tech, economics.
  • 5+ years experience.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making in complex, evolving situations.
  • Experience in fraud prevention, trust & safety, risk management, incident management, policy, customer protection, security, or related field.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Experience developing policies, decision frameworks, governance models, or scalable processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to derive trends from incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the response to significant consumer trust incidents involving fraud, abuse, scams, account compromise, and other threats, coordinating Adobe teams to assess impact, set priorities, and drive resolution.
  • Provide structure and leadership during fast-moving incidents with clear ownership, escalation paths, action tracking, decision-making, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner across Fraud Prevention, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Legal, Security, GTM, and others to coordinate response and drive cross-functional action.
  • Lead post-incident reviews to identify root causes, gaps, and opportunities to prevent recurrence.
  • Translate insights from incidents, investigations, customer experiences, and emerging threats into scalable consumer trust policies and decision frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain policies, playbooks, escalation criteria, and operational guidance covering fraud, abuse, customer harm, remediation, and enforcement.
  • Partner with Product and operations to translate policy into effective processes, controls, product requirements, training, and customer experiences.
  • Identify recurring and systemic risks and drive improvements strengthening consumer protection and Adobe’s incident response.
