• Experience developing fraud strategy, policy, governance, or risk management programs.
• Deep understanding of fraud prevention principles and emerging trends.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable insights.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience developing policies, governance frameworks, and scalable processes.
• Excellent program and project management with execution discipline.
• Experience with fraud analytics or trust and safety is desirable.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud policy, strategy, and prevention initiatives.
• Develop scalable governance models for fraud prevention and standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Legal, and Payments to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Translate threat patterns into actionable policies, recommendations, and long-term prevention strategies.
• Establish KPIs and governance to measure program effectiveness.
• Influence product roadmaps to enhance fraud prevention while balancing customer trust.
• Build executive-level reporting on fraud trends, efficiency, and investment opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor on fraud prevention strategy across Adobe.
