Job summary

Texas Workforce Commission seeks a Policy, Planning & Evaluation Manager to lead the RESEA program's policy and evaluation team. You will guide data analysis, develop dashboards, and craft policy recommendations for executive leadership.

Ideal candidates will bring advanced research methods, strategic planning, and experience coordinating with state and federal partners. This role requires strong communication and project management skills and travel within Texas.

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time experience in policy development, implementation, or interpretation.
• At least 1.5 years in administrative management or supervisory capacity.
• Experience translating data into executive decisions and policy guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the policy, planning, research, evaluation team.
• Guide preparation of reports, state plans, waivers, and federal audit responses.
• Oversee development of data analysis and reporting activities with dashboards.
