Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support a potential DoD DC3 engagement, conducting high-level policy research across cybersecurity, forensics, and training domains. The role requires navigating complex policy landscapes and coordinating with government and industry stakeholders to shape policy guidance.

Qualifications

TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required.
Experience developing or managing policy for DoD/DAF in areas such as forensics, cybersecurity or cyber threat analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and written/oral communication abilities.
Ability to apply policy knowledge to support compliance and guide project execution.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of complex DC3 policy issues.
Perform in-depth research using academic literature, government reports, stakeholder input, and data.
Analyze existing policies to assess effectiveness and identify trends.
Develop policy proposals and recommendations and engage stakeholders for feedback.
Establish relations with government and external partners and present policy outcomes.
