Job summary

Arlo Solutions seeks a Senior Policy Analyst to support DC3 Strategy and Partner Engagement (XE). You will conduct policy research, develop artifacts, and coordinate complex initiatives from initiation through delivery while ensuring compliance and documentation for government review.

This advisory role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with leadership across many directorates. Onsite work in Linthicum Heights, MD is expected.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience developing policy for DAF/DoD in forensics, cybersecurity, or cyber threat analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, forensics, cyber training, and system development.
• Familiarity with National Cyber Intelligence programs.
• Understanding of DoD and US IC resource planning policy.

Responsibilities

• Policy research, drafting, and lifecycle management.
• Draft, update, and maintain DC3 policy artifacts and coordination packages.
• Coordinate inputs across DC3 directorates for executive-level products.
• Plan and manage complex policy projects end-to-end with schedules and risk tracking.
• Maintain records and ensure contractor work remains advisory and does not obligate Government.
• Prepare backgrounders, talking points, read-aheads, and briefings for leadership.
