Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to provide senior-level policy research, analysis, coordination, and project management support to DC3 Strategy and Partner Engagement. This onsite role in Linthicum Heights, MD requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience shaping policy for DoD/DAF in cybersecurity, forensics, or cyber threat analysis.

The position is advisory/support, with government decision-making retained by officials.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required.
Experience developing/managing policy for DAF/DoD in forensics, cybersecurity, or cyber threat analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally across organizational levels.
Comprehensive knowledge of policies impacting cybersecurity, forensics, cyber training, and system development.
Familiarity with National Cyber Intelligence programs.
Knowledge of DoD and US IC resource planning policy.

Responsibilities

Policy research, drafting, and lifecycle management.
Tasking intake and coordination support across channels; draft responses for Government review.
Support Government agreements and interagency coordination, including annexes and crosswalks.
Project management and performance measurement; track KPIs and provide status updates.
Compliance, records management, and maintaining contractor-advisory role; ensure no policy decisions or obligations by contractor.
