Job summary

Inflow is seeking a policy analyst with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to support DC3 policy issues for DoD and other government partners. You will conduct comprehensive research, analyze current programs, and draft policy proposals to improve effectiveness.

You will work with government civilians and contractors, manage policy projects from start to finish, and present findings while ensuring security and compliance across agencies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience developing/managing policy for DoD in forensics, cybersecurity, or cyber threat analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels in written and oral forms.
• Knowledge of policies impacting cybersecurity, forensics, and system development.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth research on DC3 policy issues using diverse sources.
• Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities; maintain records.
• Manage complex policy projects with plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop policy proposals; engage stakeholders and represent DC3 in forums.
• Prepare communications to convey complex policy issues to diverse audiences.
