The position requires completion of basic care tasks, documentation in electronic records, and participation in recovery-oriented programming.

Qualificações

• Six months of direct care experience is preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under the clinical supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe, document, and report patient conditions and behaviors in an electronic record.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence and self-care.
• Co-facilitate groups and participate in recovery team activities.
• Respond to crisis using de‑escalation and TIPS under RN supervision.
