The role emphasizes governance, disciplined program delivery, and strong stakeholder management, with 2–4 years in consulting or PMO and certain certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, PMO, or project delivery.
• PMP or SAFe certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with program tracking tools such as Excel or Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and structured problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of program management activities across workstreams, including planning, tracking, and coordination.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, and dependencies to ensure alignment across teams.
• Manage RAID logs, tracking risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Prepare status reporting and dashboards to provide program visibility.
• Support governance cadences and ensure program documentation is accurate and up to date.
