Job summary

Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Manager to support delivery and governance of strategic initiatives across the organization.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure execution excellence while contributing to PMO methodology adoption, tool management, and analytics. The role requires an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of PM experience, with familiarity in Wrike, Jira, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Experience with project management software (Wrike, Jira, MS Project, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile or scaled Agile environments; PMP/CAPM/SAFe preferred or in progress.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage or co‑manage projects from initiation through closure, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project documentation, track progress, and coordinate team activities.
• Facilitate project meetings, track risks and issues, and support timely escalation.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Maintain project data and dashboards for portfolio reporting.
