Job summary

Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate, Reinsurance Integration & Operations to oversee the onboarding of new reinsurance contracts and ongoing maintenance of treaties. You will liaise between internal teams and external partners to ensure contract terms are met and processes run smoothly.

The role focuses on end-to-end integration, compliance, data analysis and continuous improvement of workflows within a leading legacy reinsurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration and onboarding of new reinsurance deals from due diligence through close.
• Manage processes for existing inforce business including treaty compliance and audits.
• Review and analyze financial data related to reinsurance settlements and resolve discrepancies.
• Produce clear summary reporting, analyze trends and deliver insights.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans and monitor KPIs.
