Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist/Systems Administrator to lead PM tool configuration, administration, and deployment within a highly regulated medical device setting. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption of standardized processes and ensure portfolio visibility across the Surgical Operating Unit.

The role focuses on planning, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of project management systems, with exposure to tools like

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of professional experience.
Experience supporting project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities.
Experience working with project management systems, tools, or software platforms.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement projects, processes, or business system improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead configuration, administration, maintenance, and deployment of project management tools and systems.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate needs and implement improvements to PM systems and processes.
Facilitate project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities for teams and leadership.
Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, metrics, and status reports.
