Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Project Management professional to lead or co‑lead moderately complex projects within its continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, resources, budgets, and risks; liaising between teams and management; and mentoring colleagues to ensure smooth execution of pharmaceutical projects in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical transfer, and cGMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management, cross-functional coordination, and pharmaceutical processes.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities
