Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a senior-level Project Manager to oversee corporate-level programs and large corporate projects. You will mentor other PMs, help define frameworks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.

You will partner with CLT and cross-functional teams, manage risks, control changes, and deliver executive-ready reports with key metrics. This role emphasizes process improvements and stakeholder collaboration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of PM experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate-level programs and large projects to align with organizational goals.
• Mentor other project managers and advise on frameworks and best practices.
• Prepare executive status reports with risks, costs, and forecasts.
• Ensure changes are controlled and project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Represent the organization at industry events and drive PM process improvements.
