Job summary

Formulated Solutions, LLC seeks a high-impact Project Manager III to lead complex, multi-year customer programs from initiation to commercial execution. You will guide cross‑functional teams, shape program strategy, and maintain executive relationships.

You will advance PMO standards, mentor PMs, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with strategic business objectives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 10+ years progressive project management experience.
• 5+ years managing complex technical projects in pharma, OTC, medical device, cosmetic, or CDMO environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects >$5M in portfolio value.
• 5+ years in Clinical Pharmaceutical/RX Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, high-risk customer projects across lifecycle.
• Direct projects through all phases including development, validation, commercialization, and technology transfer.
• Develop strategies aligning customer needs with operational capabilities.
• Serve as executive-level project leader for strategic accounts.
• Monitor project risks and portfolio KPIs; propose resource adjustments.
• Lead governance meetings and executive reviews; ensure documentation quality.
