Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Enterprise PMO / Special Projects in Irving, TX. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives with budgets up to $10MM+, ensuring scope, timelines, and financial goals are met.

The role requires 5–10 years of program management experience, strong PMI/PMO knowledge, and excellent communication. A Bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred, and PMP is a plus. This is a full-time position within our Enterprise PMO.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience leading teams and/or projects, setting strategic direction and execution plans.
• Familiarity with project governance and PMI ideologies; PMP not required but preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a process-improvement mindset.
• Excellent Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program scope and business objectives are clearly documented and agreed for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Identify and organize cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and develop detailed project plans.
• Define initial budget and resources with business owners; manage ongoing financials to stay on budget.
• Drive accountability and progress according to the project plan; manage dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
