Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join the Enterprise PMO in Irving, TX. You will lead cross-functional programs with budgets up to $10M+, ensuring scope clarity, schedule discipline, financial governance, risk mitigation and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with business owners, coordinate diverse teams, and drive process improvement while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment. PMP preferred, bachelor's degree required, MBA valued, with 5–10 years of leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required; MBA preferred.
5–10 years of experience leading teams/projects; program governance experience ideal.
Familiarity with PMO practices and PMP ideologies preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

Define and document scope and objectives for complex cross-functional projects.
Assemble cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans and manage dependencies.
Manage initial budgets and resources; monitor and report on financials against budget.
Drive progress per project plans; escalate risks and issues with mitigation plans.
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure governance and transparency.
Lead meetings of varying sizes and facilitate collaboration across teams.
