Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional PMO initiatives at enterprise scale in Irving, Texas. You will drive project governance, manage budgets, and ensure teams meet tight deadlines while achieving financial goals.

The role requires strong collaboration with business owners, a solid understanding of PMO processes, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. MBA preferred and PMP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience leading teams and/or projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PMO governance and PMP concepts preferred.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Documents program scope and business objectives for cross-functional projects.
• Assembles cross-functional teams and develops detailed project plans with dependencies.
• Manages budgets and resources; tracks financials against plan.
• Drives progress to plan; mitigates risks and issues.
• Communicates project status, milestones, and governance to stakeholders.
• Leads meetings and fosters collaboration across teams and departments.
