Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and planning using standard tools and templates
• Manage scope, schedule and budget across the project lifecycle
• Oversee execution using standard project methods and deliverables
• Identify, document and mitigate project risks and issues
• Coordinate communications with sponsors, leadership and teams
• Direct assigned project staff and ensure timely deliverables
• Coordinate vendor engagement and track vendor deliverables
• Lead implementation, post-implementation and transition activities
• Contribute to DLMP PMO standards and continuous improvement
