Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, health care administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated success in Project Management and managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to influence leaders and teams toward deploying a different future state.
  • Strong verbal and written communication across audiences.
  • Experience motivating high-performing individuals and creating inclusive teams.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex operational projects from initiation through closure.
  • Provide project management for full lifecycle of top-priority operational projects.
  • Monitor project health with milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and resources.
  • Use standard PM tools and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Work with sponsors and leaders to set key success metrics.
  • Establish governance, manage risk and handle escalations to stay in scope, schedule and budget.
