Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Project Manager 2-3 for the PMO in Avon, Ohio. This on-site role leads Product Development & Commercialization governance, Change Management, and Portfolio/Project Management across cross-functional teams to improve delivery excellence.

The candidate will drive standardization, train teams, monitor data quality, and support audits while partnering with Global PMO for best practices and tool administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline mandatory.
• 10+ years in project management or product change management roles.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDC, GCM, PM processes within the region.
• Improve regional processes in coordination with Global PMO.
• Provide training and mentoring for PM and GCM teams.
• Maintain project data quality and governance compliance.
• Develop training materials for GCM, PDC, PM areas.
