Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Avon, OH is seeking a senior specialist to lead and govern the Product Development & Commercialization (PDC), Global Change Management (GCM), and Project Management (PM) processes regionally, aligning with Global PMO to drive governance and performance improvements.

You will train managers, maintain data quality for gate reviews, and mentor teams through PDC, GCM and PM projects while creating training materials and delivering classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• 10+ years in project management or product change management roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDC, GCM, and PM processes regionally.
• Improve regional processes with Global PMO cooperation.
• Serve as regional PM tool primary stakeholder (access/workload).
• Train project managers in PDC, PM methods and governance.
• Ensure data quality and support PDC compliance.
• Create and modify training materials for GCM, PDC, PM.
• Plan and deliver training classes across locations.
• Mentor Program Managers through PDC and GCM projects.
• Lead projects in PDC, GCM and PM domains.
