Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Avon, OH is seeking a Project Manager 2-3 for PMO and GCM change management. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years in project management / product change management.

The anticipated salary range is $89,900 to $134,900 per year, with comprehensive benefits and retirement options. Responsibilities include governance, training development, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership to enhance project delivery

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Product Development, Product Change Management and Project Management.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Process Lead for PDC, GCM and PM Processes within the Region.
• Improves processes in region and with Global PMO collaboration.
• Supports training and knowledge transfer for PDC, PM methods and tools.
• Ensures governance, data quality, auditing and compliance for PDC and GCM.
• Mentors Program Managers across PDC and GCM projects.
• Creates and maintains training materials and conducts classes.
