Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a seasoned PMO Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery within the PMO. You will supervise project managers, coordinators, and analysts, while ensuring adherence to PMO standards, schedules, and budgets.

The role requires collaboration with IT and business SMEs to deliver high-quality, person-centered services. Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years in portfolio/program management and a PMP or equivalent certification, plus strong leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• PMP/PGMP/PfMP/CSM certification required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise project managers, coordinators, solution consultants, business analysts and test analysts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate resources.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures and report variances.
• Provide portfolio updates and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure requirements and documentation align with PMO standards.
• Oversee testing activities and resolve issues to ensure quality delivery.
• Support budget administration and escalate concerns to leadership.
• Foster collaboration and review progress in regular PMO meetings.
• Coach teams on PMO standards and best practices.
