Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PGMP, PfMP, CSM) is required.
• Process improvement experience and LEAN Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise project managers, coordinators, solution consultants, business analysts, and test analysts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with input from leads and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and spending and align with approved budgets.
• Support portfolio tracking and reporting to leadership.
• Provide operational guidance to ensure requirements and deliverables align with IT and SMEs.
• Monitor testing activities and coordinate issue resolutions.
• Support budget administration and escalate concerns as needed.
• Build collaborative relationships and lead progress reviews.
• Reinforce PMO standards and best practices through coaching.
• Elevate barriers or risks impacting delivery and adjust plans accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
