Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a PMO Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery in Irvine, supervising project managers, coordinators, and analysts to uphold PMO standards and drive strategic initiatives.

You will develop schedules, monitor budgets, coordinate resources, report to leadership, and coach teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered services aligned with ESSC's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PGMP, PfMP, CSM) is required.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 6-8 years of portfolio, program, and project management experience is required.
• 8 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in a PMO environment with resource planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project managers, coordinators, solution consultants, and analysts to ensure PMO standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate resources and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures; align with approved parameters.
• Provide portfolio tracking updates and report to leadership.
• Coach teams to follow PMO standards and best practices.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and quality; escalate barriers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and run regular progress reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
